Banana Bread


Banana Bread

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 tsp. sour milk (milk and 2 Tbls. vinegar mix together)
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
3 medium mashed banana's
1 1/2 c. flour

Cream butter, and sugar until creamy.  Then add eggs and mix. Then add banana's, milk and beat well.  Add flour and dry ingredients.  Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325 degrees.

  1. YUM!!! I have totally fallen in love with the Guatemalan Banana Bread (They do it muffin style, and it comes out fresh every Monday and Thursday. Which means I am there every Monday and Thursday :) and have decided that when I come home I have to experiment with banana bread recipes to replicate this stuff! Can´t wait to try your recipe!
