My sweet son turned 3 years old a few weeks ago. He wanted a football cake for his birthday. I cooked the cake in a roasting pan. It turned out just perfect. The shape was the just right and it looked great. My husband was teasing me that it was an official pro size football. And my son loved it. He begged all day to eat it. And then after we cut a piece for him to eat it, he was upset that it was not a football anymore. Got to love kids :)
