This recipe comes from my family. I think someone just made it up along the way and it's a staple in my family when you make steak. The real name for it is called Koyle concoction.
I make it up then send it out to the BBQ with my husband. He then baste the steak with the sauce while it is cooking. Then after the steak is done he brings in the left over sauce and we put it on top of the steak while we are eating it. It sure not healthy by any means. But it sure make a steak look and taste good. Mmmmm!!
Steak Seasoning
1/2 cube of butter melted
1 Tbls. dried onions
1 tsp. lawry salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Melt butter then add onion and seasoning. Mix all together and you are set.
