Parmesan Pork Chops


Parmesan Pork Chops

1/4 c. butter melted
1/4 c. Parmesan -grated
2 Tbs. flour
2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
2 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 boneless pork chops
1/4 c. oil

Melt butter and set aside. Combine Parmesan, flour, Italian seasoning, parsley and pepper on a plate and mix together.  Heat oil in a skillet.  Dip each chop in the butter and put in flour mix one at a time. Place in hot oil and cook through - turning once half way through.
