Pasta Salad

One of my favorite pasta salad to have during the summer time to take to a potluck dinner.  It's super easy to put together.

Pasta Salad

1 package of spiral rainbow pasta

1/2 onion, chopped finely

1 small can of sliced olives

1/2 c. cheddar cheese cubed

1/2 c. mozzarella cheese cubed

2 c. pepperoni cut up in fourths or half

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

3/4 bottle of Zesty Italian dressing.

Cook pasta according to direction on box.  Then cool pasta off by running it under cool water.  Put in a big bowl.  Then add onion, olives, cheese, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese.  Mix together.  Then add dressing right before serving, mix it all around to coat all the pasta. Can be made ahead the night before. Just make sure you don't put dressing on until ready to serve and stir it good too.
