Hamburger Stroganoff


Hamburger Stroganoff

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Cook beef and onion in butter. Add flour, salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Cook 5 mins. Add cream of chicken soup and simmer 10 mins. Remove from heat and add sour cream.  Serve over baked potatoes or noodles.
