Chicken Paprika


Chicken Paprika

3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
3 Tbls. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
3/4 c. onions, thinly sliced
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
parsley

Melt butter in saucepan, saute onions. Mix in dry ingredients. Add broth and stir until smooth and thick.  Add chicken, sour cream and parsley.  Serve over rice. (In picture served over noodles because that is what the recipe called for but we thought it would be tons better served over rice)
