Meatball Dish

Meatball Dish

1 onion chopped
2 or 3 Zucchini sliced
1 garlic clove
15 meat balls (defosted 2 mins if frozen)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 can slices olives
Orzo pasta
mozzarella cheese

In skillet saute onion in olive oil.  Add zucchini and garlic clove.  Cook Zucchini until brown and tender.  Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce.  Bring to boil.  Add meatballs and cover and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.  Add sliced olives.  Cook Orzo pasta according to directions.  Serve over Orzo pasta and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
