Italian Chicken Baked Pasta



Italian Chicken Baked Pasta

2 chicken breast, thawed and then cut into bite size piece, marinate in Italian dressing.
1 box of cooked penne
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 onion, chopped
1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
Olive Oil
1 can diced Italian tomatoes (do not drain)
1 can diced olives
Grated Cheese

In 9x13 deep dish pan, stir together cream of chicken soup and pasta until all of the noodles are slightly covered. In a frying pan, at the chicken along with the marinate and cook until chicken is done.  Then add the onions and saute for 2 minutes. Add the can of tomatoes, dry Italian mix to pan.  Cook for 3 minutes.  Pour over the pasta.  Then add the olives and stir all together.  Cover and bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes.  Take the top off and cover with cheese.  Cook about 10 minutes more or until cheese is melted. 

*This recipe makes a lot, if you have a little family half the noodle and put in a 9x9 pan.
