This recipe comes from my sister in law Nicole. . This recipe looks so good. She said you can find the Russian Salad at Walmart or an off brand at the dollar store.
5-6 chicken breasts
8 oz. (1 cup) Russian salad dressing
8 oz. (1 cup) apricot jam
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Mix dressing, jam, and soup mix together. Pour over chicken. (9x13 pan) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Good served over rice.
