Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Another sister recipe here. This one also comes from my sister Sheri. I wish I had one right now to eat!

Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

1/2 c creamy peanut butter

1/2 c butter

1/2 c sugar

1/2 c brown sugar

1 egg

1/2 T. vanilla

1 - 1/4 c flour

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 (8 oz) pkg. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups - mini

Cream together peanut butter, butter & sugars. Beat in egg & vanilla. Add dry ingredients & mix. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 375 for 8-10 min. Leave cookies on cookie sheet when done & press in peanut butter cups as they melt into each cookie.
