Chili Verde Crock-pot

This is one of the recipe from the give away I did a few months back. It comes from my friend Sarah. Me and Sarah went to high school together. I really am a fan of crock pot recipes because they are so easy and quick. This recipe was really good. It just make a lot, so for my little family it was to much. Next time I will cut it in half. If you need a change from the same old same old with dinner give this recipe a try. I am sure you will not be disappointed. Thanks Sarah for the fantastic recipe.

Chili Verde

1 cooked shredded pork roast (I cook it in the crock pot the day before)
2 small cans green chilies
2 cans diced tomatoes-drained
1 can black beans-drained
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 Tbsp. Chili powder
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Garlic powder
Fritos
Limes
Taco toppings

Put everything in crock-pot and cook for 6 hrs on low serve over Fritos. Top with taco toppings and squeeze lime over the top
