Banana Bar
1 cube butter (soft)
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. bananas (about 3)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
pinch salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add the rest and beat well. Grease and flour a jelly roll pan (cookie sheet). Spread batter into pan and bake about 20 minutes at 350 degree. Cool and frost.
Frosting
1/2 c. soft butter
1 8 oz cream cheese (soft)
4 c. powder sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Sprinkle nuts on top (optional)
