Shredded Chicken Taco's


This recipe is really good and super easy!! It's a perfect summer time meal. Just throw in crockpot at noon and then head to the beach (like us) and get home around 5 and oh dinner is already done and ready to eat. This recipe comes from my sister Shelly.

Shredded Chicken Taco's

4 chicken breast (still can be frozen)
1 can of Italian diced tomato
1 jar of salsa
1/2 packet of taco seasoning

Combine tomato, salsa, seasoning together. Then put chicken in crockpot and pour sauce over. Cook for 4 -5 hours on medium or low. And then right before ready to eat. Shred chicken by cutting through it with a knife and fork several time until shredded enough.

Serve on tortilla with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, tomato.
