Jeanne Stroganoff


This recipe comes from my friend Jeanne. That is why it is called Jeanne Stroganoff.

Jeanne Stroganoff

2 Tbl. chopped onion
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1/4 c. butter
1 can of roast beef
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of celery
spoonful of sour cream

Saute onions, mushroom in butter then add can of roast beef along with juice that it is in and break the pieces apart until shredded. Then add mushroom and celery soup. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add one large spoonful of sour cream. Serve over noodles.
