Mom's Chicken

This is my mom's recipe for the best chicken in the whole world. I just love it! You really should cook this for your family on Sunday for dinner. They really will be thanking you later!!

Mom's Chicken

4-6 pieces of chicken
1 family size can of Cream of Chicken Soup
3 bouillon cubes
1 c. flour
1 c. pancake mix
2 c. milk
2 tbls. oil
1 16 oz container sour cream
2 Tbls. Kitchen Bouquet (Can be found in BBQ sauce aisle at local store, it's a yellow and brown container usually on the top shelf.)
Seasoning Lawry Salt, Pepper, Salt

Browning Chicken
In Skillet heat the oil (you might need more then listed above I am guessing the amount. I usually just add what I think without measuring). Then on two different plates one has flour, and one has pancake mix and then a bowl full of milk. Dip chicken into flour then milk then pancake then put in skillet. Repeat process with all chicken then once in pan add seasoning to the top of chicken. Brown for a few minutes on each side. Then put chicken in baking casserole dish that has a lid.

Gravy
In medium size pot fill 1/4 full of water. Then add chicken bouillon cubes. Bring to boil. Once boiling add cream of chicken and sour cream. Bring to a boil again. Add Kitchen Bouquet. Once it is mixed into sauce, then pour sauce over the chicken in the pan.

Put lid on pan and put in oven. Cook for 3 or 4 hours at 275 degrees. Once ready to serve. Put chicken on plate and then use the grave to serve over mash potatoes.

Yummy & Delicious!!
