Katie's Chicken


The recipe is called Katie's Chicken because my roommate in college was name Katie and I learned it from her.

Katie's Chicken
3 or 4 chicken breast
1 can of cream of chicken
1 c. milk
2 tbls. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese
Rice

Cook chicken in frying pan in a little butter. Sprinkle with Lawry seasoning on both side while you are cooking it. In separate pan add cream of chicken soup, milk, 2 tlbs sour cream, cheese. Mix all together and bring to a boil. Once chicken is cooked all the way through add chicken to sauce and let cook for another 5 minutes. Serve of cooked rice.

  1. Funny thing is, I have no recollection of this recipe! It must have been something I made up with what I had in my cupboard that day. It does sound yummy, though . . .
