I needed to take this cheesecake to a church meeting the other night to help celebrate one of my friends birthdays. It is such a good good dessert. I don't know how else to describe it other than that. So you just might have to make it to be able taste it's goodness. You will be in Heaven when you do.
Cherry Cheesecake
Graham Cracker Crust
2 c. crushed graham crackers
3 Tbls. powdered sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
Mix crusted graham crackers with powdered sugar then add melted butter. Then spread and press into small cookie sheet or small casserole dish (not a 9x9 or 9x 13 but the middle size)
Cheesecake Part
8 oz cream cheese soften
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz cool whip
Mix all together and spread on crust. When ready to serve put on can of cherry pie filling.

My daughters saw me looking at your blog, and were ooooing and aaaahhhing at how good everything looks. This one was the one that was killing us tonight. Yum!
