Microsoft Salad

My wonderful husband had this salad at work a few months ago and came home and raved about it so we had to make it.  He said we needed to name it the Microsoft salad to forever remember that year we lived in Purgatory.  It was one hard year and we are so glad so be done with it :)

Microsoft Salad

1 bag of spinach

1/2 container of cherry tomato's

1 chicken breast cooked and cut up

1 c. croutons

1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese

1 c. craisins

1/2 c. chopped walnut or any kind of nut you prefer

2 c. balsamic vinegar dressing or I preferred the creamy balsamic vinegar dressing too. 

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together and then pour dressing over and serve.
