French Dip

Some friends told me of this recipe and that I need to try it. They said it would go great with my blog since it had such little ingredients and it also crock-pot. I took their advice and tried it. It was so good and easy too.

French Dip

1 beef roast
1 dry package of onion soup mix
2 c. beef broth
Bread of any kind (we used french bread and thought it turned out good)

Put roast in crock-pot and put onion soup mix on top of roast then add beef broth.  Cook in crock-pot for 5 hours on high or until done.  Then shred beef and drain the liquid off it. This will be your juice to dip the sandwich in.  Then place beef in the middle of your bread and you are ready to eat.
