Chicken Teriyaki Strips


This recipes comes from my friend Karen.

Chicken Teriyaki Strips

4 chicken breast
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbls. ketchup
2 Tbls. brown sugar

Cut chicken into strips. Combine remaining ingredients and marinate chicken strips for 20 minutes or longer. Place chicken strips and marinade on a 9x13 pan and cook for 400 degree for 10 minutes or longer until no longer pink. Serve with rice.
