Creamy Mashed Potatoes


Creamy Mashed Potatoes

6 potatoes
1/2 c.butter
milk
8 oz cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper

Peel potatoes and cut into pieces. Place in large saucepan filled with 2 inches of water. Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat and cover.  Cook for 20 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork.  Drain. Add butter and mash, adding enough milk for a creamy consistency. Beat cream cheese until smooth and blend in sour cream. Stir into potatoes.  Salt and pepper to taste. Place in baking dish and cover.  Bake at 350 degree for 20 minutes
