Snicker doodles
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon-sugar
Cream Shortening & Sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend well, stir in dry ingredients. Form into balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degree for 12-15 minutes.
