Onion-Roasted Potatoes


Onion Roasted Potatoes


1 package of onion soup mix
4 medium potatoes
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Cut potatoes into chunk size pieces. In a greased 9 x 13 baking pan, spread potatoes out evenly. Drizzle oil over top of potatoes. Then sprinkle onion soup mix over the top of that. Then bake 425 degrees for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Make sure you stir them occasionally while cooking.
