Pork Chop Skillet

Pork Chop Skillet

6 pork chops cubed
1/2 c. flour
1 Tlbs. shortening
4 potatoes
4 carrots
1 onion
1 beef bouillon
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
parsley
paprika

Trim fat from pork chops and cube. Heat 1 tbls. shortening in skillet. Then on a plate add flour. And dip the pork chop in flour to coat. Then add to hot skillet. Cook until brown on both sides. Chop potatoes, carrots, onions. Mix vegetables with pork chops. Dissolve beef bouillon in water. Add to skillet. Add garlic powder and oregano. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
