Pasta Primavera


My husband was sure a fan of this new recipe. He said it was the best one yet. But I didn't agree. Maybe because it has broccoli and I am not a huge fan of broccoli.

Pasta Primavera

2 cups of spiral noddles
1/4 c. butter
1 c. thinly sliced fresh broccoli
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. green onions, sliced (I didn't have this so I used yellow onion instead)
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in large skillet. Add spices and vegetables and cook just until vegetables are tender. Stir noodles that have been cooked according to package directions. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
