Hawaiian Haystacks

This meal is super easy and taste really good.

Hawaiian Haystacks

1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 Tbps milk
1 can of olives
2 carrots chopped
2 celery chopped
1 c. grated cheese
1 can of corn
1 c. of peas
1 can of pineapple
1 c. cubed cooked chicken

Rice (As much as you like, for my family I would cook 3 cups)

Make rice and set aside. Cut up the above ingredients and keep each vegetable in a separate bowl after done cutting. Grate cheese.

Sauce for top
Open can of cream of chicken soup and put in pot. Then fill the empty can with milk. And add to cream of chicken soup. Turn heat to medium and bring to a boil. Once boiling add 1 Tbps of sour cream. Stir in and let boil for a few minutes more. If the sauce is to thick add more milk. If the sauce is to thin add some more sour cream.

Once everything is cut up and prepared. Put a little bit of rice on plate then top with vegetables/chicken/cheese of your liking. Then pour sauce over top. Each person can go along and make there own plate to there liking.
