Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chocolate chips
Combine Crisco, sugar, milk, vanilla and mix until creamy. Beat in egg. Combine flour, salt and baking soda and mix into creamy mixture until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop round tablespoon size of cookies dough onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes. Make about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
