Honey-Mustard Chicken Sandwiches


Honey-Mustard Chicken Sandwiches

1/4 c. Dijon Mustard
2 Tbls. Honey
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. water
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 boneless chicken breasts
6 sandwich buns
12 thin tomato slices
2 c. shredded lettuce

In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Broil chicken for 3 minutes on each side. Brush with mustard sauce. Broil 4-6 minutes longer or until no longer pink in center. Place on buns with tomato and lettuce.
