Lemon Chicken & Twice Baked Potato


The twice baked potatoes is a family favorite. Very easy and very tasty.

Twice Bake Potato
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated chesse
1 tsp. Nature Seasoning
1/4 c. butter

Wash potato and cook in oven at 400 degree for 1 hour. Don't cover with potato with tin foil. Once cooked take out and let cool for a few minutes. Cut in half and scoop out the potato from the peel and put in bowl. Combine above ingredients and mash. Save a little cheese to go on top. After they are mashed up put back into peel of potato and sprinkle with a little cheese. Put on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10-15.

Lemon Peppered Chicken

4 chicken breast
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Butter

Melt butter in frying pan add chicken and sprinkle with seasoning on both sides. Cook until no longer pink in center about 15 minutes.
