Chicken Roll



Chicken Roll

Chicken Breast
Parsley flakes
Seasoning Salt
Egg
Ritz cracker crumbs

Pound the chicken to flatten between waxed paper until really thin.  Sprinkle with parsley flakes and seasoning salt.  Roll up and dip in egg and cracker crumbs. Fry.

*Note: I didn't do the roll and fry part. I just put mine in a 9x9 dish greased with melted buttered. Then add the chicken and drizzled some more butter over the top of chicken.  Cooked at 350 degree for 1 hour.
