The other day I was talking with my sister Sharon on the phone and she was telling me about this recipe. Once I heard what was in it I had to try it ASAP. I had to scratch the monthly menu plan and add this one in fast.
Ranch Teriyaki Chicken
1 c. Ranch Dressing
1/2 c. Teriyaki Sauce
2 or 3 frozen chicken breast
In a small bowl mix together ranch dressing and teriyaki sauce. Then put chicken in crockpot and pour this sauce over top. Cook on low for 5 hours. As it was cooking you will notice the ranch will separate from the teriyaki sauce. I would stir it around ever once in while to mix the ranch back in. Once cooked, take chicken out and shred it. Then put back in crock pot and mix it in with the sauce. Serve over rice.
