Lasagna & Bread Sticks


This is the best tasting and easiest lasagna ever!! Along with the easiest and best tasting bread sticks!!
And with the lasagna you can make it the night before and put in fridge and cook it right before you eat. Got to love this when company is coming to visit.

Lasagna

1/2 of package of egg noodles
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion chopped
1 big can of spaghetti three cheese sauce (hunt's brand)
1 16 oz container of cottage cheese
1 small can of tomato sauce
2 cup of cheddar cheese
2 cups of mozzarella cheese
1 Tbls. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano

Boil egg noodles in water until done and drain. In skillet cook ground beef with a onion until done. In a medium size bowl combine spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, cottage cheese, seasoning, and 1 cup of both cheese. Then once noodles & beef are done. Add to mixture. Mix together good then pour into a 9x13 glass casserole pan . Top with the left over cheese. Cover and cook 350 for 1 hour.


Bread Sticks

1 Tbls yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbls. sugar
3 1/2-4 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt

Add water, yeast, sugar, & salt together. Let set for 5 minutes. Add flour and knead. Roll out or pat into a jelly roll pan. Should make an oval shape. Then take a pizza cutter and cut into strips. Then mix together

1/4 c. butter melted
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Add mixture to top of bread. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake 350 degree for 20-25 minutes or until done. You can cut recipe in half. I do because it make to much for my little family.
