Stroganoff

This is the best stroganoff you will ever eat in your life. It's my sister Stacy recipe. I can't seem to make it as good as her. She does a pretty good job at making it.

Stroganoff

1 lb. Round Steak
1 cube butter
1 onion, cnopped
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 Tbls sour cream

Cut round steak into cube pieces and roll in flour. Melt butter in frying pan. Then add meat to the pan with onion. Season with garlic salt, pepper and salt. Cook for 5 minutes or until browned. In either a roasting pan or glass cooking bowl. Combine water with beef bouillon. Then add meat to water mixture. Put in oven and cover and let cook at 275 for 2 or 3 hours. Stirring every hour or so. Right before ready to serve. Put the meat mixture in pan and add 2 tbls. of sour cream and mix. Let it come to boil. Then it is ready to serve over rice or noodles. ENJOY!!!
